Internal Audit Manager

<p><span>Salary range: 16,000 to 20,000&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute a risk-based audit plan, including the identification of high-risk areas, based on a thorough understanding of the organization’s business and operations.</li><li>Lead and manage the internal audit team, including hiring, training, and performance management.</li><li>Plan and conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes, and prepare written reports on audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations.</li><li>Work with senior management and department heads to develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified deficiencies.</li><li>Monitor and report on the status of corrective action plans to ensure timely and effective implementation.</li><li>Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and best practices related to internal audit, and make recommendations for updates to the audit plan and/or internal control framework as necessary.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as appropriate.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to staff on internal audit best practices and ensure that audit work is performed in accordance with professional standards and internal policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum of 6-8 years of diversified experience in internal audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Arabic), and the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Must be available to join within 2 weeks.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Relevant candidate may submit their profile to careers@crowe.ae </p><p><br></p><p>Note: only the selected candidate will be sent a response.</p>
