<p>We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Client Officer to support our Growth Team in handling client relationships, administrative tasks, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a keen interest in learning and growing within the company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the Growth Team with client onboarding, account opening, and maintenance of client records.</li><li>Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Support the Growth Team in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service to meet client needs.</li><li>Participate in business development activities, such as networking events, conferences, and industry seminars, to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service delivery.</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and support the development of marketing strategies.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management and clients.</li><li>Continuously develop knowledge of the industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements to support the company’s growth and compliance.</li><li>Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Growth Team or management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in an administrative, client service, or business development role, preferably within the financial services industry.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a strong interest in learning and contributing to the company’s growth.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Familiarity with the ADGM/DIFC and regulations is a plus.</li><li>Target-driven mindset, with a strong focus on achieving performance goals and contributing to the company’s success.</li></ul>
