<p>The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the administrative functions of the company. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Handling incoming calls, correspondence & communication support.</li><li>Organizing meetings, briefings and department internal events including invitations, room bookings.</li><li>Noting & distribution of minutes of meeting.</li><li>Manage and monitors the paper and electronic correspondence, telephone, fax messages.</li><li>Manage the executivesβ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong>/ <strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Higher Secondary or equivalent.</li><li>At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Administrative Support role.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills β written and verbal.</li><li>Good English skills β written and verbal.</li></ul><p></p>
