<p>The ideal candidate for Remedy’s AI-powered mental health platform project manager role is an organized, detail-oriented, and passionate individual with strong communication and team management skills. They should have experience managing projects, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a commitment to providing high-quality mental health care to patients.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”></span></strong></p><ol><li>Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that identify project goals, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project plans are aligned with business goals and objectives.</li><li>Project Execution: Execute project plans by managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.</li><li>Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure that project deliverables are successfully adopted and integrated into our telehealth services.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards. Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality control processes.</li><li>Team Management: Manage a team of project coordinators and/or other project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.</li><li>Clinic Management: Manage relationships with clinics that provide services to our customers, including contracting, onboarding, and ongoing communication and support.</li><li>Client Management: Manage relationships with our corporate clients, including regular communication and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.</li><li>Organizational skills: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Leadership potential: Must demonstrate potential for leadership and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.</li><li>Knowledge of the healthcare industry and telehealth is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p>
