As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our clinic’s success, ensuring a smooth patient experience and supporting our dental professionals in delivering top-notch dental services.</p><p><br></p><p>Role:</p><p>As a Dental Assistant at <span>Dr Amal Al Qedrah Medical Center</span>, you will be responsible for providing chairside assistance, ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients, and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment. Your contribution will be key to our team’s efficiency and overall success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist the dentist during dental procedures, providing instruments, materials, and suction as needed</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup</li><li>Take and process dental X-rays, adhering to safety and compliance guidelines</li><li>Perform basic dental laboratory duties, such as pouring and trimming models</li><li>Sterilize dental instruments and maintain infection control protocols</li><li>Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care</li><li>Manage patient records, including updating medical history and scheduling appointments</li><li>Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program or on-the-job training</li><li>Current Dental Assistant certification, or willingness to obtain certification within six months of employment</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach</li><li>Familiarity with dental software and computer systems is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p>At <span>Dr Amal Al Qedrah Medical Center</span>, we value diversity and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a welcoming environment for all team members.
