<p>One of our clients, a trust company is growing and they need an experienced Trust Administrator to join them on their journey, working from their Dubai office.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Description of the Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a varied portfolio of fiduciary structures (Companies and Trusts) for global clients, monitoring the structures from an administrative, financial and regulatory perspective.</li><li>Work with clients from varying backgrounds – confidently provide an exceptional service and show an understanding of their needs and requirements.</li><li>Regularly review client structures, investigate, suggest and drive enhancements.</li><li>Engage directly with third party advisers eg lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants to provide excellent administration services. Review legal and tax advice where appropriate and interpret relevant advice as required.</li><li>Work with our internal Compliance team to ensure awareness and adherence to regulatory and AML obligations plus Company policies and procedures, developing best practice across the business.</li><li>Management of cash collection across the portfolio.</li><li>Document management and file maintenance, drafting of resolutions, minutes, meeting notes and corporate documents.</li><li>Engage with wider team members to ensure development and sharing of knowledge.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Right Candidate :</strong></p><ul><li>TEP qualified or partially qualified</li><li>Experience of 3 years plus in the trust industry working on client structures</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking to clients</li><li>Positive and proactive team player</li><li>Enthusiasm for driving change</li><li>Superb organizational and time management skills</li><li>Strong MS Office skills</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>
