<p>Job Title: Arabic Travel Consultant</p><p>Location: Abu Dhabi Branch</p><p>Position Overview:</p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all travel related inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person</li><li>Provide expert advice on travel destinations, tour packages, and transportation options</li><li>Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and activities</li><li>Understand and comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain knowledge of current promotions and specials to ensure clients receive the best deal</li><li>Continuously provide clients with information on travel trends and new destinations.</li><li>Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages and transportation options</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and planning skills</li><li>Proficient in using computer software, including GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and CRM</li><li>Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours</li></ul><p>If you have a passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p>
