<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our company’s IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to all 100 branches of our QSR company. The IT Support Engineer will ensure the smooth running of all IT systems and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical support to all branches.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for all employees.</li><li>Monitor and maintain all IT systems, including servers, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.</li><li>Set up and configure new workstations and peripherals, including printers, scanners, and mobile devices.</li><li>Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems.</li><li>Provide training to employees on the use of hardware and software.</li><li>Work with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Manage and maintain CCTV, IP-Telephone, POS systems, and WiFi Connections.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of IT.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role.</li><li>Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, and system maintenance.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience working with QSR or retail businesses is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection best practices.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team.</li><li>Willingness to travel to different QSR branches if required.</li></ul>
