<p>We are looking for a <strong>Store Associate/Clerk</strong> for our gourmet grocery shop, <strong>Mahalle</strong>, located in Dubai Internet City. Then apply!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Greeting customers when they enter the store</p><p>Work at the point-of-sale counter to process transactions</p><p>Answering customers’ questions to help them find the items they are looking for</p><p>Locating items for customers to finalize their purchase</p><p>Checking stocks on a daily basis and ordering the missing stock to warehouse</p><p>Preparing online orders and delivering to couriers</p><p>Assist customers in locating products by going through the inventory</p><p>Suggest new items to customers based on their selections</p><p>Enter sales data and customer data into the company database&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Proven work experience as a Sales Clerk/Assistant/Responsible/Executive or similar role for minimum 3 years</p><p>Adequate level of computer skills to send orders to the warehouse, enter sales, issue invoices on the company software</p><p>Excellent customer service skills</p><p>Ability to remain calm with difficult customers</p><p>Fluent in English – Arabic and Turkish are highly preferred</p>
