<strong>Job Title: </strong>Business Development Officer<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Dubai<br><br><strong>Industry:</strong> Life Insurance and wealth insurance background<br><br><strong>Experience:</strong> 1 – 2 Years in UAE Life insurance required<br><br><strong>Benefits</strong> : Excellent Incentives structure and other benefits<br><br><strong><u>Job Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Achieve monthly Insurance FER &amp; individual target in the financial year.</li><li>Acquire, develop and strengthen Insurance acquisition through effective relationship management in accordance with business goals.</li><li>Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers through professional consultative financial analysis.</li><li>Ensure Customer retention through active customer engagement to avoid claw backs.</li><li>Take ownership of customer complaint on Insurance. Co-ordinate with respective teams and Insurance providers for appropriate resolution.</li><li>Consistently increase the penetration in the assigned channels by meeting KPA standards.</li><li>Making accurate calculations and providing customers with correct quotations/charges.</li><li>Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.</li><li>Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean &amp; rewards celebrations.</li></ul>
