Job Title: Executive Assistant<br><br>Position Type: Full-time<br><br>Location: barsha – Dubai<br><br>Reports to: Manager<br><br>Job Summary:<br><br>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound calls, and managing customer inquiries related to real estate. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of the real estate industry, and experience in customer service.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>- Make outbound calls to potential clients<br>- provide excellent customer service<br>- Manage customer inquiries related to real estate<br>- Promote and market real estate services<br>- Follow call scripts and procedures<br>- Provide accurate information to customers<br>- Record and update customer information in the database<br>- Meet call center metrics and targets<br>- Continuously improve personal performance<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>- High school diploma or equivalent required<br>- Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role in service industry<br>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br>- Good listening and problem-solving skills<br>- Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices<br>- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices<br>- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations<br>- Attention to detail and accuracy<br>- Positive attitude and willingness to learn<br><br>We encourage candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply.
