Responsible for ensuring that the project produces the required deliverables within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk &amp; benefits. The Project Executive is also responsible to follow the defined project management processes to execute the delivery of projects on time, with defined quality standards, resource planning and within budget whilst ensuring the satisfaction of the customer.<br><br><strong><u>What We Give<br><br></u></strong>With Canon, you’ll get the support and encouragement you need to grow, from people who share your ambition. You’ll find leaders who give you the freedom to explore new things and a team where knowledge is shared openly.<br><ul><li>Working with (but not limited to) Regional Project Management, Sales (Account Manager), Business Development Manager, Solutions Business Consultant and System Engineers to provide project implementation services for a product, solution and/or a service as required</li><li>Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, deployment sheets, project processes and reports as required, and to produce management information and reports regarding progress, quality assurance, resources and risks</li><li>Take responsibility for maintaining the project document repository and ensuring documents are approved, controlled and archived properly</li><li>Responsible for project phase monitoring and coordinating between appropriate project management resources (internal, external/partners/customer) such as System Engineers, Service Engineers (Hardware), Sales Coordinators etc.</li><li>Ensure Sales and internal/client stakeholders are updated on project deliverables, milestones and issues as appropriate</li><li>Effectively manage the handover of customer’s project to the Operations department, effectively obtain the feedback from the customer and use this to continually improve the Canon project management offering and processes and continually work with Canon back-office teams to ensure the process meets customer’s expectations</li><li>Use knowledge and lessons learnt to enhance and develop project governance framework and procedures including project lifecycle. Provide feedback and suggestions to the Regional Project Management team for Continuous improvement of processes.</li></ul> <strong>What we ask<br></strong><ul><li>Certification in Associate Project Manager (APM) / PMP / Prince 2 – desirable</li><li>Knowledge of the ITIL Framework</li><li>Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt) – desirable</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years-experience of managing projects and knowledge of project cycle</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.</li></ul> <strong>You will need<br></strong><ul><li>Able to work on own initiative &amp; in a team environment.</li><li>A high level of accuracy to provide relevant/timely information</li><li>The ability to get good results whilst working under pressure</li><li>Diplomacy &amp; good communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills &amp; detail orientation &amp; strong ability to communicate status or projects &amp; system issues to helpdesk &amp; other engineers</li><li>Ability to organize, prioritize &amp; allocate workload for optimum efficiency &amp; maintain &amp; transfer technical knowledge to others within the group.</li><li>Ability to communicate &amp; interact effectively with all levels of Associates &amp; management, as well as with the customers &amp; outside partners</li><li>Ability to perform multiple tasks &amp; meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy &amp; quality</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Good commercial insight &amp; business acumen</li><li>Awareness to represent Canon as a company always (behavior, communication &amp; presentation / appearance)</li></ul> Canon is enriching lives and businesses in incredible new ways.
