Branding Officer
Job Description
<p>We are looking for a Branding Officer, location Amchit , who will be responsible <span> for monitoring and controlling all branding related issues across all locations and stations to ensure consistency and alignment with IPT branding guidelines.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>Ensure all stations and locations are in line with corporate branding guidelines; </span></p><p><span>Perform periodic field visits to stations to check branding related issues raising report to concerned highlighting discrepancies for proper actions; </span></p><p><span>Check and confirm status and actions needed to be performed on defects and malfunctions reported by controllers and customers; </span></p><p><span>Follow up on Network and LGS branding maintenance works with suppliers, customers, controllers and concerned departments; </span></p><p><span>Follow up the renovated stations on proper and timely implementation; </span></p><p><span>Follow up on the branding status of the fleet highlighting needed actions and repairs to ensure proper alignment with branding guidelines;</span></p><p><span>Monitor and control the branding execution on new and refurbished trucks;</span></p><p><span>Check the implementation of works, inspect sites and confirm the quality and quantity of the executed works on stations raising concerns when and as needed; </span></p><p><span>Prepare and share reports and updates with Manager and concerned about the jobs being executed highlighting delays or other important matters; </span></p><p><span>Follow up with the procurement department or with the suppliers when required for quotations and detailed specifications; </span></p><p><span>Coordinate with the Marketing department to stay aware of branding matters and amendments if any;</span></p><p><span>Coordinate and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure proper understanding of branding guidelines for proper follow up and monitoring;</span></p>
