<br><p><strong>PUM Country Representative Lebanon</strong></p><p>Are you our new country representative for Lebanon?</p><p>PUM is currently looking for a representative based in Lebanon to expand the current team. Are you a driven inspiring account manager with commercial qualities and a good network who wants to join our team? Then PUM is looking for you!</p><p> </p><p><strong>About PUM</strong></p><p>All our 1300 experts are volunteers. Every year they share their knowledge and experience in 42 different sectors with about 800 SMEs. We establish collaborations in 37 countries around the world and have representatives in each of them. Our representatives are part of the local business community. They liaise with the global PUM team and are the first point of contact for clients and partners. We were established in 1978 as PUM (Programma Uitzending Managers) by the Dutch employers association (VNO-)NCW. Since then, we have supported over 45.000 entrepreneurs. This was made possible in part with financial support from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Want to know more? Read some of the inspiring stories from our experts and clients. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><p>As a country representative you will be responsible for: </p><p>· Identify customers, mainly SME’s who are fit in with the criteria and objectives of PUM; </p><p>· Understand their needs and share the information with PUM to find the right expert; </p><p>· Monitors project progress with expert and other members of the Lebanon team in The Hague; </p><p>· Act as an account manager for clients and relevant stakeholders and develop a long-term relationship to ensure the impact of PUM projects in Lebanon. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What do you bring? </strong></p><p>· You are a Lebanese citizen, based in Lebanon; </p><p>· You have a wide network and a good knowledge of the local socio-economic, political and business context; </p><p>· You have a higher level education with a solid experience in business; </p><p>· You have enough time to complete PUM tasks. </p><p>· Skills and competencies </p><p>· Marketing, sales and analytical skills; </p><p>· Account management and project management capabilities; </p><p>· Proficiency of IT tools is essential; preferably knowledge of Microsoft; Office 365, Teams and Dynamics; </p><p>· Knowledge of written and spoken English is essential; </p><p>· Organizational sensitivity and ability to cooperate in a team. </p><p> </p><p> <strong>What we offer </strong></p><p>You do not depend on financial compensation from PUM for your subsistence and you receive the following remuneration: </p><p>· Basic salary: a fixed amount per month (€100); </p><p>· Performance pay: one amount per project carried out (on-site or remote consulting (€400); </p><p>· Remuneration for specific tasks. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p>Interested or do you have questions about the role?
