The founder (Hicham Zaraket) (https://www.instagram.com/thezaraket/) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018.</p><p><br></p><p>We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the MENA (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco).</p><p><br></p><p>We are now looking to double the size of our agency (from ~15 to 30) and this is one of the most strategic key roles. 🔥</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online conversations with our community.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and clients and manage all community communications throughout all social media channels and emails. For that, you need to have the right energy and a continuous hunger to learn and help our community.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>You preferably have digital marketing expertise and have worked in an agency before. You will be working both on our own agency accounts and some of our clients.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>👉Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner</span></p><p><span>👉Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn replies and DM’s</span></p><p><span>👉Email, live chat, co-browsing, SMS, and chatbots</span></p><p><span>👉Work with social media manager and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies</span></p><p><span>👉 Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews</span></p><p><span>👉Create meaningful experiences and nurture relationships to increase customer advocacy resulting in sales, referrals, testimonials, ascension, and retention</span></p><p><span>👉Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention</span></p><p><span>👉Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists</span></p><p><span>👉Other related duties</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>A LITTLE ABOUT YOU:</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>▶️ Proven work experience as a community manager (2-5 years)</span></p><p><span>▶️ Speed: You will be responsible for hitting inbox zero on several high-traffic platforms including our Facebook Group, Email, and Social Media Platforms.</span></p><p><span>▶️ Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)</span></p><p><span>▶️ Work experience with a digital agency/art director preferred</span></p><p><span>▶️ Excellent verbal and writing communication skills (English, Arabic required, French is a plus)</span></p><p><span>▶️ Speak and write in English and Arabic fluently and idiomatically</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHY JOIN TRM RIGHT NOW?</strong></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”></span></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>🚀 Working closely with an Ex-FB employee who has a strong network across all the big digital companies</span></p><p><span>🚀 Working with an international team and clients who are all partners and have a close relationship with us </span></p><p><span>🚀 Opportunity to be part of a growing agency that is unique in the Arab world and expanding</span></p><p><span>🚀 Flexible / Hybrid Remote Model</span></p>
