Embedded SW Engineer
Job Description
<p>Axxcelera Egypt is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to participate in developing DSP solutions for a set of world-class wireless communication systems software and hardware products. The selected candidate will actively participate in several aspects of the product development process. Specifically, these responsibilities include: architecture definition, implementing systems in C, performance analysis, trade-off decisions, porting on DSP platform and integration with other system components.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Job Requirements: </u></strong></p><p>· Span different experience levels, from fresh graduates to 3+ years of experience in software development for network infrastructure devices</p><p>· Bachelors or Masters in software engineering / computer science / networking / communication systems or related fields.</p><p>· Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++ etc.), embedded programming, system/protocol software implementation over dedicated communication hardware platforms</p><p>· Strong background in software architecture design, memory management, hardware-software interaction, security, and testing</p><p>· Experience with software design and implementation of different communications / networking products including, and regulatory requirements and procedures</p><p>· Strong background and experience in professional software engineering, design and documentation processes and best practices, code reviews for quality assurance</p><p>· Familiarity with software version control systems and debugging tools and libraries</p><p>· Good knowledge of wireless/wired communication technologies and networking protocols</p><p>· Good knowledge of network monitoring and management protocols and standards such as SNMP.</p><p>· Certifications and courses in networking domain preferred</p><p>· Experience with embedded web services (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and Flask) is a plus. </p><p>· Strong problem solving and analytical skills</p><p>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with engineers as well as customers and non-technology professionals</p><p>· Team player, accustomed to data driven work</p><p><span>If you are interested, please send your CV to careers@axxceleraegypt.com placing “Embedded SW Engineer” in the Subject line.</span></p><p><br></p>
