<p><strong><span>Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><br><ul><br><li><span>Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.</span></li><br><li><span>Reaching out to customer leads through referrals.</span></li><br><li><span>Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.</span></li><br><li><span>Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and comments.</span></li><br><li><span>Selling branded residences using comprehensive negotiations.</span></li><br><li><span>Maintaining positive business relationships and building rapport with customers.</span></li><br><li><span>Submits orders by referring to price lists to the concerned department to top off the sales process.</span></li><br><li><span>Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the sales unites and payment services</span></li><br><li><span>Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences</span></li><br><li><span>Hire real estate brokers matching with products criteria</span></li><br><li><span>Ensure constant follow up on brokers and keep them updated with new product</span></li><br><li><span>Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.</span></li><br><li><span>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</span></li><br><li><span>Submitting the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly results reports.</span></li><br></ul><br><p><strong><span>Specifications:</span></strong></p><br><ul><br><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.</span></li><br><li><span>2-3 yearsโ experience in Real Estate (must).</span></li><br><li><span>Previous experience in real estate brokerage (recommended)</span></li><br><li><span>High proficiency in English.</span></li><br><li><span>Cairo Resident.</span></li></ul>
