<p>ππ πππ ππππππ! <strong>(cairo residents only)</strong></p><p>πππππππππ ππ π π’ππ ππππππππ <strong>(new Cairo Branch)</strong></p><p>____________________________________</p><p>πππππππππ ππ π π’ππ ππππππππ [3-5]exp</p><p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p><p>β’ Works in close collaboration with the Site Team and Design Team to implement procedures for the production, approval, storage and distribution of technical drawings, 3D detailed models and other technical specifications.</p><p>β’ Ensures the compatibility between AutoCAD drawings prepared and their implementation on site.</p><p>β’ Ensures that all data, drawings and models are prepared, managed, stored and issued in a timely and</p><p>appropriate manner to the necessary</p><p>β’ Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.</p><p>β’ Significant experience with AutoCAD is required.</p><p>β’ Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing selections to the client</p><p>β’ Coordinating retail stores and Ensuring store delivery schedules</p><p>β’ Can work with colors and textures</p><p>β’ Aware with latest trends and styles</p><p>β’ Aware with local stores</p><p>β’ Work on presentations to show selections to the client</p><p>β’ Organize and manage meetings with both stores and clients for coordination</p><p>β’ Ability to schedule deliveries , delivery timing and coordinate it with site delivery</p><p>β’ Create and update vendors list</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>β’ Assist the Design Manager in selections for clients</p><p>β’ In initial meetings, taking photos and brief from client.</p><p>β’ Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)</p><p>β’ Track the progress of weekly and monthly deliveries</p><p>β’ Monitor purchases operating costs, budgets</p><p>β’ Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs</p><p>β’ Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning</p><p>β’ Handle complaints from customers</p><p>β’ Research for new suppliers in market</p><p>β’ Create reports for every site</p><p>If interested, please send your CV and portfolio to ionic.contractors@gmail.com with the vacancy and branch location written as mail subject.</p>
