<strong><u>Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong><strong><u>Job Description for Senior Analyst UAT Digital<br></u></strong><ul><li>Expertise in software testing, understand the business functionality, and define over all test strategy.</li><li>Expertise in UX &amp; UI application and Web testing</li><li>Proactively manage test readiness, environments, test data quality, resource alignment to meet business objectives.</li><li>Communicate effectively the daily status risks / issues / dependencies, track progress and manage issue workflow to resolution.</li><li>Ensure test documentation / reporting is complete, meaningful and aligns with business objectives.</li><li>Work closely with Product Development teams to analyze business process mapping and develop test plans</li><li>Ensure conformance to quality assurance (UAT) processes.</li><li>Perform Defect Management functions to ensure defect-fix SLA is met on time.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li>Expertise in software Agile methodologies.</li><li>Expertise in software Web and Mobile application testing</li><li>Expertise in defect management </li><li>Must have the desire for delivering excellence in product quality, and reliability.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours occasionally on weekends too.</li><li>Good to have Test automation, test planning, test case design skills<br></li></ul><strong><u>Tools Knowledge<br></u></strong><ul><li>IBM’s Rational Suit / JIRA / Quality Center / Rally / Confluence</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<br></li></ul><strong><u>Education &amp; Experience<br></u></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.</li><li>Minimum 6 years’ experience in software quality testing.</li></ul>
