The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Business Directors to help push the creative boundaries of the agency output for existing clients and new business opportunities. Present innovative and differentiating ideas and concepts to clients. They will be responsible for the creative ownership, creative strategic development and overall concept development.<br><br><strong>Job Title:<br><br></strong>Creative Strategy Lead<br><br><strong>Job Description:<br><br></strong>Job Description:<br><br><strong>CREATIVE<br></strong><ul><li>Develop consistently superior visual and messaging content to support clients overarching strategic messaging</li><li>Lead the strategic thinking for the brand</li><li>Write effective integrated briefs and work directly with creative teams, data analysts and media colleagues to develop strong creative ideas that can be effectively deployed for the client and brand</li><li>Show leadership in executing fresh, innovative concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client objectives</li><li>Collaborate with our DNA (Data &amp; Analysis) and media teams to spot strategic opportunities and fuel creativity</li><li>Works with MENA creative team members – Creative Directors, senior team members and client teams to create appropriate, workable ways to express and enhance the client’s communication needs and achieve key strategic initiatives</li><li>Guide teams through creative conceptualizing, execution and delivery in accordance with departmental processes</li><li>Know all pertinent industry, channel, client, and product information, such as audience insights, product benefits, offers, KPIs, brand standards and production specifications</li><li>Responsible for current knowledge and understanding of emerging trends and technologies and the ability to institute best practices for digital and traditional marketing products<br><br></li></ul><strong>CLIENT CONTACT<br></strong><ul><li>Develop and present creative concepts to clients</li><li>Communicate creative rationale to clients, defend the work and articulate reasons behind each choice</li><li>Work with client teams to move their agenda forward and provide solutions</li><li>Participate in pitch strategy and demonstrate an ability to articulate those strategies<br><br></li></ul><strong>CREATIVE TEAM LEADERSHIP DUTIES<br></strong><ul><li>Collaborate with Account team members to identify questions and pertinent project information needed to execute assignments</li><li>Work with Account leads to assign work</li><li>Manage KSA Strategists and Copyrighters to ensure their work meets the agency standards, including the ability to clearly articulate feedback and provide constructive oversite that elevates the creative product</li><li>Mentor and inspire teams to perform at the maximum of their abilities and foster reputation as problem solvers</li><li>Assure that creative work meets client objectives, follows strategies aligned to the brief and meets deadlines on budget<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Dentsu International<br><br></strong>Part of the dentsu Group, dentsu international is a network designed for what’s next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities and create new paths to growth in a sustainable economy.
