<p><strong>About the job </strong></p><p> Saudi Zaas Company is a local company located in Riyadh. Recently, Zaas turned towards international partnerships, starting with the famous hotel brand Radisson Blu, as it delivered a five-star hotel building in the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.<span> </span></p><p><strong>Job Purpose </strong></p><p>You will provide electrical engineering services to Zaas and its customers, including technical support and supervision within the electrical engineering team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><p><span>· Deliver electrical engineering services that meet Zaas ‘and its clients’ specifications and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications on time and within budget.</span></p><p><span>· Study shop drawings before starting their implementation on the ground. (Sometimes, it may be necessary to amend/develop some plans according to the state of the site), and submit them for approval by the supervisory authority/owner.</span></p><p><span>· Participation in relevant periodic meetings, site visits, and handing over completed work according to the regulations to the authorized authority.</span></p><p><span>· Ensure that resources (human and material) are used correctly while reducing waste as much as possible.</span></p><p><span>· Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.</span></p><p><span>· Reporting to the project manager, department manager, and senior management whenever required.</span></p><p><span>· Preparing and submitting the MR (material requests) in a timely manner according to the client’s approval and site requirements.</span></p><p><span>· Ensuring the availability of the materials on site for planned activities in the near term.</span></p><p><span>· Close coordination with other departments to arrange work priorities.</span></p><p><span>· Plan, manage, supervise, and follow up workflow with site teams and ensure schedule alignment.</span></p><p><span>· Allocating workforce to site areas based on the program, nature of work, and required skills.</span></p><p><span>· Preparing and submitting the RFI (request for inspection) and obtaining the approval of the supervising engineers at every stage of the work.</span></p><p><span>· Executing the ITP (inspection test plan) and obtaining the approval of the supervising engineers at every stage of the work.</span></p><p><span>· Monitoring the quality and productivity of subcontractors while raising their payment requests.</span></p><p><span>· Adhere to the company’s quality, health, safety, and environmental policy.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Reporting all quality, health, safety, and environmental incidents immediately and taking necessary precautions.</span></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Knowledge:</strong></p><p><span>· Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with </span><strong>4-5 years of construction experience is a mus</strong><span>t.</span></p><p><span>· PMP (project management professional) or Prince2 (</span><span> </span><span>Projects In Controlled Environments</span><span>)</span><span> holder will be preferred.</span></p><p><span>· </span>Required languages: English, reading, writing, and speaking.</p><p><strong>Primary Location: </strong><span>Inside Saudi Arabia </span></p><p> <strong>Job: </strong><span>Electrical</span></p><p> <strong>Schedule: </strong><span>Full-time</span></p><p> <strong>Employment Type: </strong><span>Employee</span></p><p> <strong>Job Level: </strong><span>Experienced</span></p><p><strong>Job Posting: </strong><span>May, 2nd, 2023</span></p><p> <strong>Reporting Manager Title: </strong><span>Department Manager</span></p>
