It is also registered in several countries around the globe, including Saint Vincent and Grenadines, Dubai, and Qatar. Additionally, the company is currently processing the licenses and registrations of the ComisiΓ³n Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) β Spain and the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) β Nigeria, with a few others well underway.</p><br><p><strong>Offices and Employees</strong></p><br><p>INGOT Brokers has physical offices, operation hubs, and/or consultants in Pakistan, UAE, Australia, Jordan, Saint Vincent, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, Kenya, Seychelles, Iraq, and Qatar. The company has approximately 170 employees in the Jordan office, which is growing steadily.</p><br><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Manage and lead new software integrations and future maintenance of upgrades and user customizations.</li><br><li>Oversees the implementation of approved process improvements</li><br><li>Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.</li><br><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues</li><br><li>Work with development team and other teams to clearly understand the application requirements and functionality to help determine test cases and clearly communicate issues found.</li><br></ul><br><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required </li><br><li>A professional with 3+ years of development experience including ideally in DevOps applying RPA or other automation technologies, e.g., BluePrism, Ui Path, Power Automate etc.</li><br><li>Experience with scripting and automation tools</li><br><li>Experience with or knowledge of programming languages</li><br><li>Experience with Robotic Process Animation (RPA) implementation is a plus</li><br><li>Knowledge of automated deployment, continuous integration, testing and release tools.</li><br><li>Experience with software requirements development.</li><br><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Power Apps.</li><br><li>UI Path or Microsoft Power Automate Experience is a plus.</li><br><li>Experience leading projects is a plus.</li><br><li>Ability to work well with business analysts, programmers, vendors and end users in cross functional teams.</li><br><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><br><li>Secondary Research skills is a plus.</li><br><li>A high level of collaboration and teamwork is required specifically as they will support across the entire organization.</li></ul>
