<p>Entoneyo’s way is currently seeking to hire a Chief Financial Officer .</p><p><br></p><p>Your top responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls that support the company’s strategic goals and objectives.</p><p>Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality financial services to the company.</p><p>Manage and update the company’s financial model on an annual basis</p><p>Manage the financial planning tools and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company’s business plan and financial targets.</p><p>Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis, and present them to the CEO and the board of directors.</p><p>Oversee all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.</p><p>Establish financial controls, including segregation of duties, to promote accuracy, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance.</p><p>Monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.</p><p>Manage the company’s cash flow, working capital, and liquidity, ensuring that adequate funding is available to support operations and growth.</p><p>Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and the board of directors, including investment decisions, risk management, and financial forecasting.</p><p>Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, including tax, accounting, and reporting requirements.</p><p>Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and financial advisors.</p><p>Manage the company’s cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure that sufficient funding is available to support day-to-day operations and fuel growth. Additionally, play an active role in fundraising efforts by presenting to potential investors and building relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community.</p><p><br></p><p>What we expect from you:</p><p><br></p><p>Proven track record in a leadership role within a senior finance position, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a startup company as a CFO.</p><p>Prior experience in the technology industry, specifically in cloud-based services, communications, or software, is preferred.</p><p>Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills.</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.</p><p>Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.</p><p>Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards, including tax, accounting, and reporting requirements.</p><p>Experience with financial software and tools.</p><p><br></p><p>Interested candidates please submit your resume to info@entoneyosway.com and mention “<span>Chief Financial Officer</span>” in subject.</p>
