Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (CMMI & Auditing Experience)

<p><strong>E-tax is the digital transformation arm of Ministry of Finance and Egyptian Tax Authority is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Office Location: Smart Village, Giza</strong></p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>Regarding CMMI and ISO certification</strong>:</p><ul><li>To maintain and execute the CMMI and ISO 20000-1 re-certifications at appropriate time.</li><li>To ensure creating / calibrating process model(s) for Software development.</li><li>To ensure developing and reporting process performance and process baseline reports for Software development.</li><li>To ensure developing, maintaining and updating metrics schema for all Software development.</li><li>To plan for SEPG meetings, communicate &amp; manage meeting agenda, communicate MOMs and follow up on meeting actions.</li></ul><p><strong>Regarding Internal Audit</strong>:</p><ul><li>To follow up with auditees on collecting the needed List of Requirements LORs for all auditors</li><li>To upload all the audit reports findings on NC tracking system, issue &amp; share final findings with Business Excellence team. </li><li>To ensure that the management responses are aligned to the respective findings and to ensure that all findings are closed by respective stakeholders as per the agreed manner with the external audit agencies.</li><li>To follow up auditors’ findings/observations with auditees/area owners till closure.</li><li>To deliver the needed reports </li><li>To plan and conduct Internal reviews on development projects and services</li></ul><p><strong>Regarding process improvement and QMS:</strong></p><ul><li>To deliver Quality related training courses to etax employees. </li><li>To work closely with all etax colleagues to promote Continuous Improvement, facilitating workshops relating to project and process innovation/change issues. </li><li>To assist in the development of the documented Quality Management System, including the design of process maps and procedures. </li><li>Make recommendations for improvement. </li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>7 TO 10 years of experience</li><li>Good knowledge in ISO standards (9001, 20000).</li><li>Good knowledge in CMMI for development.</li><li>Knowledge of Engineering processes &amp; SDLC.</li><li>Knowledge of Project management. </li><li>Good knowledge in Agile.</li><li>Knowledge of Statistical Analysis. </li><li>Knowledge of Application of Quality tools </li><li>Software Companies, banking, IT experience is a must.</li></ul>
