We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our team and help us drive innovation and growth for our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>As a Senior Analog Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and verifying analog and mixed-signal IPs and chips for our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team members with the chance to interact with our clients’ engineering teams to ensure that their specifications are met and the circuits meet industry standards. You will be involved in all aspects of the design process, from schematic capture to layout and tape-out. You will be expected to bring sharp analytical skills, high ethics, and a passion for innovation to this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to the design of analog and mixed-signal circuits and system-level IPs for our clients’ semiconductor products, including PLLs, data converters, power management, and transceivers</li><li>Collaborate with the A/MS design team to ensure that the customers’ specifications are met</li><li>Use EDA tools for schematic capture, layout, and simulation</li><li>Verify and validate designs using simulation tools and lab measurements</li><li>Analyze and debug circuit performance issues</li><li>Prepare documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and test reports</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering</li><li>3+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design</li><li>Experience with EDA tools, such as Cadence and/or Mentor Graphics</li><li>Proficiency in circuit simulation tools, such as Spectre, Spectre RF, Spectre AMS Designer, or equivalents</li><li>Working design knowledge in any of the following blocks is highly preferable: ADCs, DACs, LNAs, PAs, Analog Filters, DC-DC converters</li><li>Ability to analyze and debug circuit performance issues</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong attention to detail with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and professional growth.
