<strong>Cartlow</strong> is the first App in the region to provide Pre-owned, Open-box, Refurbished and Clearance stock products while providing warranty, easy returns and the best value.<br><br><strong>Job Brief<br><br></strong>We are currently hiring a Pricing Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives.<br><br>Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors<br><br><strong><u>Main Responsibilities Of a Pricing Manager<br></u></strong><ul><li> Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation that enhance profitability and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.</li><li> Working closely with other teams to closely track movements in costs</li><li> Analyzing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels</li><li> Assist in creating promotional campaigns</li><li> Assist with pricing negotiations of customers’ proposals.</li><li> Prepare clearly BAFO (Best and Final Offers).</li><li> Conduct oral presentations, field research and cost revisions. This also requires thinking about the going rates for similar products in the industry, in order to remain competitive.</li><li> Maintain and regularly update a pricing history database.</li><li> Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing action effectiveness.</li><li> Define new business procedures, evaluate resource requirements and stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing system.</li><li> Manage total pricing procedure, enhance processes to make most of efficiencies and ensure timely response to market conditions.</li><li> Manage and supervise pricing analysts to support activities inclusive of new price generation and discrepancy resolution etc.</li><li> Perform partnering with buyers, product managers and sales department to ensure integrated profit maximizing approach to market.</li><li> Analyse financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability of customer<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li> A degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li> Prior experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating a pricing process documentation.</li><li> Possess a strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.</li><li> Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li> Strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to detail<br></li></ul>
