<strong><strong>Role Summary</strong></strong><p><br></p>Responsible for HR-related duties and providing support to specific Business Group. Ensuring all employees are adhering to the policies and procedures of the company and maintaining Culture<p><br></p><strong><strong>What’s On Your Plate?</strong></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Company Values, Culture, and business strategy.</li><li>Evolve Employee Experience by facilitating processes and developing new programs as Onboarding and Employee journey and develop policies for enhancement. </li><li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or violations</li><li>Manage and control Manpower Plans and support the hiring process.</li><li>Support business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees</li><li>Nurture a positive working environment and interactive communication through proper channels.</li><li>Maintain and monitor HR Systems, Data, and procedures.</li><li>Implement and manage a performance appraisal cycle to drive high performance</li><li>Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.</li><li>Maintain Reward plan and benefits program.</li><li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor development programs</li><li>Manage reporting and analytics for better decision making </li><li>Support in Planning and Budgeting</li><li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><strong>What Did We Order?</strong></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree within HR or any other related field </li><li>Minimum of 8 years experience within HR and previous managerial position experience.</li><li>Professional knowledge and experience in talent management </li><li>Knowledge of different industries; preferably Service companies.</li><li>Good knowledge of labor laws and legal compliances</li></ul>
