<p><strong>Position : Business Development Manager (Events Technology, Audio Visual -Refer below)</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>· Pivotal role in driving business growth and generating revenues through new business opportunities</p><p>. Mandatory Experience in Technology, Events, AV, space design, Brand Activation, Virtual Events, Experience Centres, Exhibitions, Managed web services and Metaverse</p><p>· Develop network of new contacts – new clients and new market opportunities</p><p>· Identify new markets and customer needs</p><p>· Strategy to expand existing markets & business opportunities</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Expand client base across corporate and government sector</p><p>· Develop strong and sustainable pipeline</p><p>· Boost sales and drive financial growth</p><p>· Establish strong relationships with clients and partners</p><p>· Quarterly business planning and sales projections</p><p>· Develop quarterly plan to achieve pipeline target</p><p>· Revenue forecast in line with targeted budgets</p><p>· Regular/weekly client meetings – KPI to indicate number of meetings</p><p>· Goal Setting and developing plans for business and revenue growth</p><p>· Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives</p><p>· Researching prospective accounts in target markets</p><p>· Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>· Demonstrate track records on exceeded sales targets</p><p>· Demonstrate ability to build and maintain senior level relationships with clients and partners</p><p>· Goal oriented, driven individual as well as team player</p><p>· Strong communication skills – articulate, polished and professional. Written and verbal communication skills in English.</p><p>· Compelling presentation skills – confident and convincing</p><p>· Organisational skills – comfortable juggling numerous clients, full calendar of meetings, adherence to deadlines. Individuals need to be organized with a clear view of required tasks, deadlines and reporting</p><p>· Self-motivated and disciplined approach</p><p>· Time-management skills – ability to prioritize opportunities and manage time and calendars efficiently with window for flexibility</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>· 5 to 7 years of proven experience in sales and business development in UAE.</p><p>. Mandatory Experience in Technology, Events, Audio Visual, space design, Brand Activation, Virtual Events, Experience Centres, <span>Exhibitions, </span>Managed web services ,Metaverse etc</p><p>· Strong sales track record</p><p>· Experience in building and growing sales</p><p>· Previous experience of winning new business</p><p>· Existing contacts within Government entities and MNCs</p><p>. Proficiency in English as first language. Efficiency in Arabic will be an advantage.</p>
