<p><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Business Consultant</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Code:&nbsp;</strong>J005/002/962</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Dubai</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary:&nbsp;</strong>Up to AED 12,000 plus commissions</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Industry:&nbsp;</strong>Management Consulting (Business Setup)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>– Working in a fast-paced environment, managing the achievement of targets as per company specifications in a KPI focus environment.</p><p>– Providing excellent service &amp; support to clients and keeping them regularly updated.</p><p>– Acting as a single point of contact with clients assigned.</p><p>– Convincing clients to use us as their corporate service provider for all services related to business incorporation, VAT Advisory, PRO Services, and Banking Services.</p><p>– Negotiate and convert leads to sales following terms that are suited to the best interests of the company.</p><p>– Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their business opportunities and help them understand the difference between mainland and free zone licenses.</p><p>– Network and develop new business opportunities and leads.</p><p>– Be responsive to all client queries and ensure to provide the best and most reliable service.</p><p>– Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes capabilities and limitations forming concise reports.</p><p>– Building company credibility, brand value, and trust with clients to ensure client retention and confidence in the brand.</p><p>– Help clients develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes.</p><p>– Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues with regard to their business setup process.</p><p>– Interact with Salesforce, CRM system to ensure leads, opportunities, and client accounts are correctly managed.</p><p>– Supporting Marketing campaigns on behalf of the company.</p><p>– Meeting the agreed-upon targets.</p><p>– Advising Clients on out-of-box solutions that suit their individual needs.</p><p>– Carrying a client-first attitude.</p><p>– Willing to put in extra hours as required.</p><p>– Delivering and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction at all times.</p><p>– Complying with company policies and protocols upon application.</p><p>– Maintaining client relationships.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>– Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant diploma in Marketing or related field(s).</p><p>– Excellent Communication Skills – fluent in English (ability to speak Arabic and/or other languages would be a plus).</p><p>– At least&nbsp;<strong>3+ years of experience in Direct Client Facing Sales &amp; Marketing within the business setup industry is mandatory.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>– Prior experience as a corporate service provider or a business set-up consultant is mandatory.</p><p>– Candidates with&nbsp;<strong>business banking</strong>&nbsp;experience will be considered as well.</p><p>– Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration ministries and other government bodies including knowledge of UAE business setup rules and regulations and tactical processes.</p><p>– Basic knowledge of Ministry of Labor &amp; Immigration rules &amp; regulations.</p><p>– Business knowledge of different industries.</p><p>– Working knowledge of Salesforce.</p><p>– Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>business modeling, feasibility, and business planning.</strong></p><p>–&nbsp;<strong>Awareness about various free zone in the UAE and their end-to-end process</strong>&nbsp;(DMCC/IFZA/JAFZA/RAKEZ/SHAMS/MYZ and more) is a plus.</p>
