MEP TECHNICAL MANAGER

Job Description

<p>We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Manager with a strong design background and at least 10 to 15 years of experience in managing MEP projects. The ideal candidate should also have extensive experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling) management.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and oversee MEP projects from design to delivery, ensuring projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the client’s satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Review design documents, perform constructability reviews, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.</li><li>Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.</li><li>Lead and manage MEP teams, including internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Implement and oversee BIM processes and standards, including modeling, clash detection, and coordination with other trades.</li><li>Train and mentor team members on BIM modeling and coordination best practices.</li><li>Participate in project meetings and communicate project progress to senior management and clients.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.</li><li>Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.</li><li>10 to 15 years of experience in MEP project management.</li><li>Strong design background and experience in BIM management.</li><li>Proficient in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><p>If you meet the requirements and are passionate about MEP project management and BIM, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
