<p><strong>SALARY RANGE = AED 4,000 – AED 5,000</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. </p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Meet and exceed sales targets</li><li>Familiarize yourself with our company products and services</li><li>Generate Leads and Convert them to sales</li><li>Have existing connections with top brands and luxury establishments for marketing and ready market. </li><li>Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs</li><li>Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and physical visits.</li><li>Set up meetings with potential clients and market our items. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services</li><li>Build raport and Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are converted to sales</li><li>Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.</li><li>Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.</li><li>Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.</li><li>Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.</li><li>Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We expect our candidates to have:</p><ul><li>Extensive Sales, Lead generation and Business Development experience (3 – 5 years)</li><li>Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.</li><li>Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.</li><li>Great networking and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.</li><li>Emboldened by challenges.</li></ul><p><br></p>
