The ideal candidate must have experience in paid search, paid social and programmatic display and video advertising with a strong focus on programmatic advertising.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create, implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including, but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic advertising platforms</li><li>Analyze campaign performance data and identify trends and insights to improve ROI</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to improve campaign performance</li><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives</li><li>Develop and maintain performance reports using Excel or data studio reporting tools</li><li>Manage budgets and bids to achieve optimal results</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in the performance marketing landscape</li><li>Continuously test and learn to improve campaign performance and efficiency</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on programmatic advertising</li><li>Experince with data studio reporting and exposure to e-commerce platforms</li><li>Proficiency in Excel with experience building and updating reports</li><li>Proficiency in PowerPoint with experience in updating PCAs etc.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Amazon Advertising and other e-commerce advertising platforms</li><li>Experience with coding or scripting to drive performance or automation</li><li>Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages</li><li>Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics</li><li>Experience with A/B testing or multivariate testing</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field</li></ul>
