We are looking for a qualified Planning and Engineering member experienced in E-commerce &amp; Logistics Automation (project Management Unit) to join our team – Apply if you are a Change maker!</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong><span>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Design, develop, and maintain automated processes for e-commerce and logistics systems, using tools such as RPA, APIs, and scripting languages.</span></li><li><span>Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for automation projects.</span></li><li><span>Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for process automation in e-commerce and logistics operations.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions and ensure successful implementation.</span></li><li><span>Conduct testing and validation of technical solutions, including developing and executing test plans.</span></li><li><span>Provide ongoing maintenance and support for e-commerce and logistics automation solutions, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.</span></li><li><span>Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes and technical solutions. </span></li><li><span>Develop technical specifications for new logistics and e-commerce systems, applications, and features.</span></li><li><span>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in e-commerce and logistics automation.</span></li><li><span>Lead the development of R&amp;D initiatives to drive innovation and improve efficiency in our logistics systems.</span></li><li><span>Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for planning, engineering, and R&amp;D initiatives</span></li></ul><p><span><span class=”ql-cursor”></span></span></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or a related field.</span></li><li><span>7+ years of experience in planning and engineering roles ideally with e-commerce and logistics experience in a tech unit.</span></li><li><span>Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.</span></li><li><span>Experience in designing and developing automated processes for e-commerce and logistics systems, using tools such as RPA, APIs, and scripting languages.</span></li><li><span>Experience in leveraging technology to drive process improvement </span></li><li><span>Experience in developing technical specifications, designing and developing prototypes, and conducting testing and validation of technical solutions for logistics and e-commerce.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of R&amp;D processes and experience in driving innovation and implementing new technologies in e-commerce and logistics systems.</span></li><li><span>Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.</span></li><li><span>Strong capability to build and integrate programs end to end, strong problem solving </span></li><li><span>Outstanding ability to partner with various departments towards outcomes</span></li><li><span>Working under pressure is key</span></li><li><span>Willing to travel 20 to 30% of the time </span></li><li><span>Willing to relocate</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>If you are a Goal-oriented and a self-starter individual with a passion for logistics automation and engineering, apply now to join us!</span></p>
