Since 1840, seca continues to evolve beyond physical product manufacturing to deliver more value and comprehensive care to optimize efficiency, time management and everyday medical processes, examples include inter-connected measuring stations that communicate with each other, service and software systems that simplify medical routines, Bioelectrical Impedance Measurement (BIA) based Body Composition Analyzers with medically validated formulas (mBCA) which uses to revolutionize diagnostics and treatment, The first complete and independent hospital device integration systems for scales and measuring stations and a first of its kind cloud-based medical body composition software.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>As our business is expanding globally and regionally via our nineteen branch offices around the world through which products are exported to over 110 countries, and, in our pursuit to further enhance our presence in the region and spread the culture of value-added medical devices and solutions, we are looking for a Product Specialist to join our team in Dubai branch and contribute to the below:</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>• Planning for and performing product demonstrations and field activities locally and regionally to support our local distributors’ efforts</span></p><p><span>• Promote and sell high-end medical solutions to a wide customer base such as hospitals, clinics, NGO’s and other healthcare facilities</span></p><p><span>• Being a clients’ advisor to understand their need, suggest the right product, provide the needed operational support and queries handling</span></p><p><span>• Maintain high level of satisfaction for our current users and work on converting non seca users to increase market share</span></p><p><span>• Being a market eye in terms of product, market research and business trends analysis</span></p><p><span>• Create, feed, and update a strong sales funnel with diversity to cover the wide range of products available</span></p><p><span>• Participate in exhibitions, conferences, planning and supporting implementation of new product launch.</span></p><p><span>• Maintain and enhance exceptional after sales support through product training sessions, satisfaction campaigns and queries handling through constructive communication and working closely with internal and external departments and distributors</span></p><p><span>• Ability to travel extensively in line with the requirements of the position.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong> The successful candidate will have</strong></p><p><span>• Experience as a product specialist with a bachelor’s degree (life sciences/medical engineering is an added value).</span></p><p><span>• An established sales approach to generate demand, satisfy customers’ needs, handle objections and entry barriers</span></p><p><span>• Hunger for field activities (at least 70% of the time), customer interactions, relationship building and a loyal customer base</span></p><p><span>• A vigilant eye to spot potential market opportunities and ways to enhance customer satisfaction</span></p><p><span>• Experience in looking for and generating new revenue streams</span></p><p><span>• Flexibility to deal with different types of clients that are not limited to hospitals or medical centers users</span></p><p><span>• Native Arabic speaking skills with fluency of English in speaking and writing</span></p><p><span>• The ability to train, present and lead meetings to create enthusiasm about company’s product portfolio</span></p><p><span>• A professional attitude, especially under stressful and demanding conditions</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our offer: </strong><span> </span></p><p><span>As the world’s market leader for medical measuring and weighing, we provide you with extensive sales and product training and the necessary know-hows to operate successfully in the market, the privilege of working with customers’ favorite products and solutions from a well-establish and respected brand globally and regionally.
