Job Description

<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></p><p>Perform advanced and complex maintenance and repair activities based on the work order assignment, ensuring on-time completion of tasks and minimal breakdown/downtime of the asset during operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY ACTIVITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>-Maintenance Work Order</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 80% work order assigned closure every month.</li><li>Record critical information related to maintenance activities in CMMS, including M&amp;S (maintenance &amp; services), labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history (work orders, parts used, and time taken), to enhance system-based efficiencies, the accuracy of reports, and cost tracking.</li><li>Comply with and follow the working schedule as developed by the supervisor, to ensure minimal delays in</li><li>all maintenance tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>-Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)</strong></p><ul><li>Increase maintenance &amp; repair efficiency to improve the equipment utilization rate.</li><li>Participate, and contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives and remedial work plans</li><li>optimize asset utilization and cost of service.</li><li>Provide inputs to the supervisor on asset efficiencies based on ground realities and issues, to enhance productivity of assets and operational efficiencies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education / Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Technical Diploma in mechanical engineering</li></ul><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>8 years experience with well services equipment (CTS, CMT &amp; FRAC)</li></ul>
