<p>Lead and manage field-intensive quantitative and qualitative market research projects </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>Develop research tools such as questionnaires and Guides for Focus Group Discussions</span></p><p><span>Write inception and final reports</span></p><p><span>Coordinate between fieldwork team, outside consultants, and clients</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>5-10 year professional experience</p><p>Degree from a top-tier English-language university </p><p>Degree in one or more of the following: econometrics, population studies, statistics, applied psychology, business administration, MIS, mathematics, social sciences or equivalent </p><p>Writing and speaking proficiency in English and Arabic</p><p>Well versed in using statistical software such as SPSS</p><p>Experienced in data analysis and charting</p><p>Prior project experience with, or funded by, an international NGO, large local NGO, international consultant, or Donor Organization (UN, WB, USAID, EU, etc.)</p>
