<p><span>Our company is looking for a UI/UX designer&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design explorations for our support website, working closely with our Customer&nbsp;</li><li>Create designs for support journeys that are specific to individual products or customer contact reasons</li><li>Run research and user testing projects to validate assumptions and make informed decisions</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.</li><li>Can lead &amp; facilitate their own research strategy if needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>At least 4 years of experience with User Experience design</li><li>Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.</li><li>Strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate expertise in user-centered design principles.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.</li><li>Experience in support, customer experience, and research is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
