More than 500 organizations in over 70 countries worldwide have chosen the company’s services and solutions to fulfill their business needs.<p><br></p>For more information regarding our company, current projects, and openings around Europe, please consult our website: www.netcompany-intrasoft.com.<p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>Technical Skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Adheres to EMC product specific guidelines, procedures, and best practices.</li><li> Advanced Systems Diagnostic skills to isolate problems among EMC, other OEM vendors, or software and develop appropriate action plans accordingly.</li><li>Prepare test plans including test cases and lab configurations.</li><li>Troubleshoot test failures to determine if the issue is a test, product or integration.</li><li>Provide documentation of evaluations, best practices, results and methodologies.</li><li>Adheres to proper escalation procedures.</li><li>Updates CSI at the completion of an event.</li><li> Assure complete customer satisfaction by adherence to the following: Prompt onsite arrival time, Technical expertise, Professionalism.</li><li>Assist Sales and Pre-Sales in assessing environments and developing the right solution and design.</li><li>Submit accurate and timely expense reports, EAS/CSI updates, and timecards.</li><li>Attends training classes as required to develop and maintain a working knowledge of EMC equipment, software, and OEM equipment and ensure continues valid partnership with EMC</li><li>Solid experience in EMC Datacenter Solutions such as Storage, Replication, Virtualization, Backup and Archiving.</li><li>To be able to give customers the needed knowledge transfer when requested.</li><li>To be able to give trainings to customers on different products.</li><li>To be able to assist PMO during the project phases like kick-off meetings, initialization, bids.. etc.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>BA degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.</li><li>5 plus yearsβ experience in EMC Data Center Solutions</li><li>EMC certified is preferable, other vendors certification is mandatory.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Additional Information</strong><p><br></p><strong>Interpersonal skills</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Technical Savvy and thinks out of the box.</li><li>Solid communication skills in both English and Arabic.</li><li>Adaptable to work on different projects when extended work time is needed.</li><li>Process oriented.</li><li>A team player who works as part of a team to provide services to customers.</li><li>Strong work ethic with good time management skills preferred.</li><li>Used as a reference for advanced setup or complicated issues by other team members.</li><li>Ability to mentor and help DCSU staff</li><li>Very Good English language (verbal and written)</li></ul>
