<p>We are launching a language services startup and seeking a Marketing and Client Engagement Manager to join our team. This role can be remote or hybrid. Compensation will be determined based on experience.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>•Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including market research, business planning, and execution of initiatives like social media advertising, Google Ads, email campaigns, and content creation.</p><p>•Oversee social media accounts, website content, and other marketing communications to drive brand awareness and client engagement.</p><p>•Monitor key performance indicators and optimize marketing efforts to achieve business goals.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>•Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>•2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally for a language services or related company.</p><p>•Track record of achieving meaningful results and growth through strategic marketing initiatives.</p><p>•Proficient with key marketing tools and analytics. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing best practices is preferred.</p><p>•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.</p><p>•Autonomous and solutions-oriented, able to work independently with limited guidance.
