Spacetoon’s popularity comes from its core values of spreading social awareness and responsibility among future generations and developing kids’ mental abilities through edutainment, Spacetoon Go is an award-winning company with a remarkable record of many cartoons and anime shows that targeting the whole family.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and manage the entire recruiting process.</p><p>Responsibilities for this role include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To excel in this position, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and establish strong relationships with potential hires.</p><p>Ultimately, your goal will be to establish robust talent pipelines to meet our company’s present and future hiring needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.</li><li>Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.</li><li>Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.</li><li>Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.</li><li>Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.).</li><li>Reviews employment applications and background check reports.</li><li>Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.</li><li>Represent the company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.</li><li>Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.</li><li>Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.</li><li>Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.</li><li>Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.</li><li>Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.</li><li>Communicate regularly with the People senior management to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges and improving the company’s employer branding.</li><li>Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.</li><li>Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition and employer branding activities.</li><li>Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field</li><li>+4 years Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role</li><li>Certification in HR or recruitment such as PHR, SHRM, AIRS, etc. is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment methods, techniques, and sources</li><li>Ability to source and attract qualified candidates for various roles and levels</li><li>Outstanding communications skills with different audiences using written, verbal, and presentation skills</li></ul><p></p>
