Laboratory Technician

Job Description

<p><strong>Position purpose:-</strong></p><p><br></p><p> <span>Receive, test, Analyze, Record and report results of product tests. </span><span>Involved in every aspect of laboratory work, from recording data to maintaining equipment.</span> Also manage <span>various tasks that follow strict guidelines and regulations, including protecting the accuracy and efficiency of experiments while keeping labs organized.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Main Responsibilities:- </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Receive, label and analyze samples.</li><li>Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings</li><li>&nbsp;Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods.</li><li>Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions.</li><li>Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility.</li><li>Maintain equpment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.</li><li>Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment Develop disaster recovery plans for physical locations with critical assets, such as data centers.</li><li>Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements</li><li>Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality.</li><li>Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database</li><li>Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.</li><li>Proposing improvements to the production process.</li><li>Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.</li><li>Determining the causes of product defects and reworks.</li><li>Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications required:-</strong></p><ul><li> <span>Bachelor Degree specially Workers College – QC Dep. or any relevant degree. </span></li><li> 6 months – 2 years experience.</li><li>near location or ready to reallocate.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Interested candidates are welcome to send their CVs on hr@technogroup-egypt.com .</p>
