Real Estate Team Leader (Sales)
Job Description
<p><strong>Description:</strong></p><p>Future Dream House Real Estate (part of MAAN Group) is looking for someone who has extensive and brilliant real estate market knowledge in the UAE with international sales experience, and at least 5 years of track record of successful target achievement. (Having a RERA card is an advantage)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Tasks and respondabilities:</strong></p><p>· Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame.</p><p>· Handling sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.</p><p>· Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.</p><p>· Oversee day-to-day operations like (cold and warm calls, emails, social media ads, WhatsApp texting…)</p><p>· Perform market analysis to estimate property value, and prepare necessary paperwork for transactions.</p><p>· Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.</p><p>· Qualifying new leads.</p><p>· Conducting viewings.</p><p>· Negotiating and finalising deals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements and Skills:</strong></p><p>o Self motivated and self-contributor and has collaborative spirit.</p><p>o Excellent communication and leadership skills.</p><p>o Persuasion skill.</p><p>o Must be familiar with the Property Portals of Dubai.</p><p>o In-depth knowledge of all the projects and their prices with ROI estimation.</p><p>o Client Relationship skills.</p><p>o Analytical skills to understand macro and micro market conditions.</p><p>o Should be able to build a sales team.</p><p>o Should have record of achieving sales target.</p><p><br></p><p>Nationality: Any</p><p>Language: proficient in English can speak Arabic, Russian, Chinese speakers are welcome to apply for the position.</p>
