<p>Our client is a renowned French Real Estate company specialized in Interior Design, Home-Staging,</p><p>Property Management (Residential), Renovation &amp; Repair to new and / or existing VIP customers for</p><p>the Dubai market.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary Range</strong>: Commission Basis (Discussed below).</p><p><strong>Trial Period</strong>: 6 months’ trial period extendable if applicable (2 years).</p><p><strong>Work Type</strong>: Full Time; A full Training program will be provided to new agents as onboarding induction. </p><p><strong>Holidays</strong>: 5 weeks/an (July -Aug, Eid Holiday and Christmas Holiday).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Professional English is mandatory. </li><li>2 years’ experience in the Dubai market would be a distinctive asset.</li><li>Arabic, French or any other foreign language would be a great plus. </li><li>Candidate must be very well-spoken.</li><li>Should master the city and locations.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license.</li><li>Clear criminal record / history.</li><li>Listening to prospects customer is key.</li><li>Self-driven, passionate, respect the confidentiality/privacy and extremely meticulous with the paperwork processing to avoid mistakes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Target/Commission Policy</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Our client will be offering you a commission program as mentioned below. Selected candidate(s) will</p><p>also benefit from a Broker Visa, Medical insurance plan in line with law, RERA Broker Card, Computer Station, Corporate mobile &amp; SIM card.</p><p><br></p><p>Tier-Leveled commission based in target defined by the company are as follow: </p><p><br></p><p>Broker Commission Structure (off gross commission):</p><ul><li>50% starting and on any lead the company gives you from marketing campaigns.</li><li>55%* above 150.000 AED.</li><li>60%* above 250.000 AED.</li><li>65%* above 300.000AED</li><li>70%* above 500.000 AED.</li></ul><p>Out of the 2-4% com agency commission.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Sell and Manage projects related to Properties &amp; Interior Design.</li><li>Renovation &amp; Repair to new and/or existing VIP customers for the Dubai market.</li></ul><p><br></p>
