<p><strong>*Only people with Advertising agency experience within the UAE will be considered.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Conduct meetings (in-person/remote) to build a sales pipeline in promoting branding & performance solutions</li><li>Build strong client relationships with both agencies and direct client by providing added value through presentations, workshop and other strategic initiatives</li><li>Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue</li><li>Develop strong, mutually beneficial long-term relationships with clients</li><li>Push our best media and creative recommendations</li><li>Negotiate Sales contracts</li><li>Manage and maintain a sales pipeline for the business</li><li>Achieve sales targets</li><li>Work closely with Ad Operations, and support functions, to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally and deliverables meet satisfaction</li><li>Working on strategies to up-sell and cross-sell to get more revenue from existing advertisers</li></ul><p> </p><p>Experience/Background</p><p> </p><p><br></p><ul><li>3+years in ad sales is essential in MENA region</li><li>Strong professional network.</li><li>Must have handled Ad sales & Business Units of production.</li><li>Knowledge of industry software</li><li>Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion</li><li>Must have extremely well connections within all the major local advertising agencies and companies</li><li>You will have an excellent track record of prospecting and selling advertising solutions in the digital media landscape.</li><li>You will have an intimate knowledge of everything digital and have an understanding of online video</li><li>Strong communication and presentation / interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams</li><li>Solution driven mentality</li></ul>
