<p><strong><u>*Basic salary based on Dubai industry experience, plus enticing incentives and top-up bonuses will be offered as part of the package.</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking driven and motivated candidates to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain a strong network of clients, including both buyers and sellers</li><li>Stay informed about the real estate market and current trends</li><li>Guide clients through the property buying and selling process, including negotiating deals and handling paperwork</li><li>Provide expert advice on investment opportunities and market conditions</li><li>Conduct property viewings and showings to potential buyers</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and other industry professionals</li><li>Continuously evaluate market conditions and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of all transactions</li><li>Contact potential clients through cold calls, email, and other forms of outreach. </li><li>Qualify leads and schedule appointments with prospective buyers.</li><li>Provide information about properties and real estate services.</li><li>Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and real estate information</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Good understanding of the off-plan property markets.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proven track record of success in the real estate industry</li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships</li><li>Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and other real estate-related software</li><li>Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We offer a competitive incentive, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a motivated real estate agent with a passion to assist clients reach their desired real estate goals and requirements, we encourage you to apply. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>To apply, email us your CV to realestate@kensingtoncouk.com</strong></p>
