<p><strong>Overall description of the position: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>GCG has an extensive range of products &amp; solutions, but we are keen to look for, test and add even more products &amp; solutions to our portfolio. For this we need a team member specialized in this area. A Research &amp; New Products / Solutions Development / BD manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring new products, solutions &amp; partners for GCG ES whether within the same lines of products and services currently offered by the Company or in adjacent markets.</li><li>They will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to attract new partners but also retain existing ones.</li><li>It is a key position in driving business growth this role requires a highly motivated, self-driven and result oriented individual.</li><li>Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar field is a must. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Map market and identify a list of new partners to target in the existing field or relevant fields.</li><li>Network and build relationship with potential partners.</li><li>Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.</li><li>Present a plan of list of target partners.</li><li>Submit reports on a monthly basis on progress with target partners.</li><li>Negotiate and close deals with new partners.</li><li>Identify key industry events to attend.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent research skills and data analytics techniques</li><li>Excellent communication skills and language proficiency</li><li>Ability to build rapport with people.</li><li>Previous experience in the industry is preferable.</li><li>Good project management skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About GCG: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>GCG ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS is a technology company that focuses on Enterprise Information Management, Digital Transformation, and Interactive Smart Solutions.
