<strong>The Opportunity</strong><p><br></p><strong>Project: A major mixed-use development project in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. Mace are currently providing the Programme Management Office service across Phase 1 of the Development.</strong><p><br></p><strong>As an Associate Director – Risk you will lead the implementation and administration of a comprehensive range of risk management services to support the PMO commission and provide line management leadership and guidance for others within the Client Organisation, PMO team and wider Mace business as required.</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Main Tasks Will Include</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop a risk management framework, process and standard operating procedures for the Programme &amp; Projects;</li><li>Standalone accountability for risk management performance on the PMO commission;</li><li>Accountable for design of effective risk management framework/strategy including continuous improvement as aligned with the Client;</li><li>Management of clients, consultants, contractors, and own project risk staff;</li><li>Responsible for building strong relationships with the client and meeting their expectations;</li><li>Provide support to senior leadership teams in administration of risk management process at senior project level, particularly with respect to risks to achievement of key project objectives and escalation of risks;</li><li>Facilitate risk management workshops and other meetings as and when required;</li><li>Develop processes to ensure that PMC risk mitigation action plans are developed, risk and action owners appointed and that project plans are updated accordingly and monitor implementation of the action plans developed; </li><li>Lead the regular application of Project level QRA (both cost and time) and comment on the adequacy of contingency as part of the regular reporting cycle as required;</li><li>Development and delivery (presentation) of monthly Programme risk reports, both externally to the client as well as internally to the project team.</li></ul>
