Job Description

<p><strong><em>Description</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Support project BIM mobilization activities by preparing design development and construction documents drawings.</p><p><br></p><p>Provide oversight of model coordination process in design and construction.</p><p><br></p><p>Develop and implement project BIM execution plans, including establishing BIM standards.</p><p><br></p><p>BIM coordination and collaboration with project teams.</p><p><br></p><p>Communicate with the BIM Manager requirements for new API tools.</p><p><br></p><p>Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>Managing Submissions LOD 300-350 plus and IFC.</p><p><br></p><p>Producing specifications, B.O.Qs, and project documents.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Job Requirements</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>A Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering 5-8 years of experience using BIM applications on projects with engineering consultants.</p><p><br></p><p>International Projects experience with a mixed -use experience is a must.</p><p><br></p><p>Navisworks experience not necessary but is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Follows through on tasks to completion and asks questions when necessary Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p>Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Apply For Job including <strong>expected salary and work sample</strong></p><p>Info@beplusarchitects.com</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Location Sheikh Zayed, Giza</strong></p>
