<p>We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record of building strategic relationships and extensive connections with businesses in the UAE, specifically in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Your main objective will be to build and maintain relationships with these businesses to help us recruit and place Emirati talent in the private sector.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in businesses across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Identify and create new business opportunities by leveraging your network.</li><li>Negotiate commercial deals with potential clients.</li><li>Find the best job opportunities for Emirati talent in the private sector.</li><li>Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure the seamless delivery of recruitment solutions to clients.</li><li>Think critically when planning to assure project success</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements &amp; <span>Qualifications</span>:</p><ul><li>Experience in business development and relationship building.</li><li>Strong connections and relationships with businesses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies</li><li>Proven experience in the recruitment process.</li><li>Passionate about recruiting Emirati Talent.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Performance-based arrangement for compensation.</li><li>Motivated team player with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>4 years’ minimum prior industry related business development experience</li></ul><p><br></p>
