<p>To lead and manage a group of stores within an allocated portfolio in order to improve performance, growth and profitability whilst retaining people.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage People so that they are engaged and achieve their work objectives.</li><li>Manage Operations so that business objectives for each of the stores are met in line with the Standard Operating Procedures and the Hoof’s Brand Standards.</li><li>Manage Brand &amp; Customer so that the integrity of the Brand is maintained across all the stores and Customers keep coming back for more.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage Finance so that targets for each Casa are achieved without compromising on quality or the Hoofs’s Values.</li><li>Manage Place so that the environment in every store for both Customers and staffs is in line with Health &amp; Safety legislation and the Hoof’s Brand Standards.</li><li>Participate as an active member of the Operations team to help the team achieve its goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A hospitality and/or business related qualification is an advantage as is previous management development training.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years’ restaurant management experience and previous experience in running more than one restaurant. Previous experience in opening a new restaurant is an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Skills &amp; Knowledge: Computer literacy, Spoken and written English, Problem solving, Coaching, Delegating, Finance &amp; business planning.</li><li>Competencies: Team leadership, Customer service orientation, Achievement motivation, Developing others.</li></ul>
